Focus of RGNM course

The focus of this course is to prepare the students to function as responsible health
team members with beginning competencies for first level positions in the hospital and in the community.

• To train nurses with educational program in nursing to enable them to function as efficient members of the health team.
• To help nurses so as to develop an ability as to co-operate and co-ordinate with members of the health team in the prevention
of disease, promotion of health and rehabilitation of the sick.

• To prepare nurses, keep them updated with latest professional and technological developments and use this knowledge for providing nursing care services.
